If your item arrives damaged or broken, you may choose one of the following:
- Exchange for the same item of equal value (available for broken items only).
- 20% store credit for items with minor damage (credit is valid for 2 weeks).
- 20% refund as an alternative to store credit.
To be eligible for a refund, credit, or exchange:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide photo evidence of the damage.
What Is Not Eligible
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for items purchased in the wrong size or for reasons of personal preference.
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
