We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide photo evidence of the damage. You can choose one of the following options:

  • Full refund
  • 50% refund
  • Store credit equal to 50% of the item's value

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage.

2. What are your shipping options and fees?

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Domestic Shipping: $10 flat fee
  • Priority Mail (Domestic): $20
  • International Shipping: $20
  • Signature Confirmation (Optional): $5

3. When will I receive tracking information for my order?

Tracking numbers are provided on Mondays and Thursdays for orders placed before 1 PM PST. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates after shipment.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping for a flat fee of $20.

To keep your jade items in excellent condition:

  • Wipe them gently with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures.
  • Store them in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches.

7. Can I request a custom piece?

Currently, we do not offer custom designs. However, our collection features a variety of unique and hand-selected pieces to suit different preferences.
